Administration


Mrs. Paola Gomez
Founder, Director
Paola worked as an engineer with local Florida counties for years before she became convinced that her passion for homeschooling was a calling from the Lord. She has put her organizational mind to work. Collaborating with others, she has sought to create a homeschool program that serves working families who know that love, education, and discipleship are crucial for raising up the coming generations.

Mr. Alex Gomez
Co-Founder, Operations Manager
Alex oversees areas in accounting, payroll, logistics, transportation, technology, building management, security, and the morning prayer before we open the doors each day.

Christy Miles
Administrative Assistant
Christy joined the administrative team at Generations Christian Homeschool after working on the administrative team at her church for many years. She provides a tremendous amount of organizational support to every aspect of the school. She also supports the marketing and social media needs of the school. Along with her husband, Lucas Miles, Christy is an invaluable part of our administrative team with a heart dedicated to our students and families.
Deans
Our Deans serve our families by supporting student behavior, spiritual growth, chapel, and academic reporting. They also serve our teachers by supporting their personal, spiritual, and professional well-being.

Annette Jackson
Lead Dean of Students
Mrs. Annette Jackson has been an educator for over 25 years. She is a graduate of Grambling State University. Mrs. Annette has a passion for students and enjoys seeing them grow while serving as Guidance Counselor and Dean of Students at Berean Christian School. She also enjoys working with teachers and other administrators, providing emotional and spiritual support as needed.
For this new season, Mrs. Annette still hopes to be actively involved with students and work in partnership with others for their continued spiritual growth and formation. During her years at Berean Christian School, Mrs. Annette started a project called "U-Turn" to help students engage in safe spaces in order to talk about the difficult things in life. This project became one of the highlights of her time at Berean.
She feels blessed to be a part of the GCH
family, assisting with various tasks, and looks forward to continued partnership with others for their continued spiritual growth and formation.

Knox Poole
Dean of Students
Knox comes to Generations with a passion and burden to see minds sharpened and hearts warmed in the light of the Gospel. Knox holds a Bachelors of Science in Church Ministries with a minor in Business. He is currently pursuing a Masters of Arts in Biblical Counseling with accreditations through ACBC (Association of Certified Biblical Counselors) and CCEF (Christian Counseling and Educational Foundation).
Elementary Teachers

Deana McCrann
Math Teacher
(3rd-5th Grade)
Deana McCrann has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and Psychology and 20+ years experience teaching math, reading, writing, science, social studies, health & nutrition for elementary, middle, and high school students in public, private, and home school settings. She also enjoys private tutoring and serving in hospitality for her church. Her dedication to helping students reach their highest potential makes her a valuable asset to our community.

Elizabeth Mora
Pre-K Teacher
Elizabeth holds a degree in Bacteriology and Clinical Laboratory issued in Colombia where she has the opportunity to work in different medical institutions . In the U.S she got a Bachelor in Science.
Elizabeth is a member of a local church where she has worked with children, youth and women ministries. She has been working in Generations for 2 years helping in different areas including teaching Spanish, Chemistry and Physical Science and also supporting the administrative team and students.

Julene Riviere
Math and Bible
(3rd-5th Grade)
Juliene is a teacher, wife, and mom, but most importantly a child of God. HE is her EVERYTHING!
She comes to GCH with years of expeirience in the education field. It began when she graduated from Florida Atlantic University 20 years ago with a Bachelor of Arts in Education and a Minor in Hospitality Mangement. Since graduating, she has worked in many grade levels, including in the Palm Beach County School District.
Thereafter she started homeschooling her youngest son. Those years helped to expand my teaching skills as it allowed me to further develop teaching experience.
This vast array of experience has brought me full circle to teaching in the Christian setting at GCH where I pray to educate the students academically, but also spiritually.

Tania Santana
Kindergarten Teacher
Tania holds certifications in elementary education and has been serving as the children's coordinator at her church. She has a tremendous heart for raising children up in the Lord and drawing out their God-given talents! We are very excited to have her working with our littlest students.

Stephanie Trenschel
Language Arts
(3rd-5th Grade)
Stephanie Trenschel holds a degree in Elementary Education with minors in psychology, science, and religion from Lee University. She taught kindergarten for two years at a private school, was director of a daycare for three years, taught at a co-op for one year, and has homeschooled for 14yrs, graduating two of her four kids, so far. She recently taught our summer reading camp and her students loved it!

Hannah Tribin
1st Grade
Hannah is delighted to join Generations Christian Homeschool after teaching preschool at a local private school. Her heart for education is rooted in creating a classroom where every child feels safe, loved, and excited to learn. Her faith inspires her to show up for her students with patience, joy, and love each and every day. As a mom who has embraced teaching Spanish to her three children, Hannah is thrilled to bring that same joy of language learning to her students. Outside the classroom, Hannah serves in the children’s ministry at her church.

Dr. Rebecca Hammonds is excited to be a part of Generations Christian School again this year working with the High School students! After several years of teaching at the College/University level, she is thrilled to continue working with teens. She loves to help prepare them for their university and professional futures. She serves at her church and loves to help her students live out their personal faith.

Alejandra Monllau, M.A.
Math Teacher
(8th Grade Math, Algebra 1, Algebra 2, and College Algebra)
Alejandra earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Education in Mathematics in the US; she is also a Florida Certified Teacher in Mathematics from 6th to 12th grade. Originally from Venezuela where she studied Business Administration, she decided to pursue her real passion for teaching when she moved to the US. She has been actively teaching and tutoring at all grade levels for the past 20 years.

Since 2016, Alejandra has been teaching students with minor cognitive and behavioral disabilities; expanding her reach to serve a wider audience while improving her skills in the field. Her experience while working at EIBS (EARLY INTERVENTION BEHAVIORAL SERVICES) and teaming up in partnership with Neurokids, have been an invaluable asset for her and for those families looking for a different approach for their special need kids.

Sarah Poole
Social Studies Teacher
(6th-8th Grade)
Sarah Poole had her own piano business for 10 years before joining the Generations team as an Elective Teacher in Spring 2026. She was homeschooled growing up and has a passion to give homeschooled kids the opportunities that she was privileged to have. She is an active member of her church and is very excited about teaching history classes at an unapologetically Christian school. History is another of her passions. She grew up in a family that had a strong appreciation for history and she wants to see an interest in history be revived amongst the upcoming generations.

Symantha Raley
Language Arts Teacher
(6th-8th Grade)
Symantha is thrilled to be teaching her second year with Generations. She has a Bachelor of Arts from Gettysburg College and has worked at the Embassy of Spain in New York to the Commodity Exchange at the World Trade Center, yet her true passion is education. As an educator, she has found enrichment
in teaching and mentoring.
Twenty-three years ago, she and her husband began fostering and adoption, which led to homeschooling and teaching at HomeLink and in a co-op.
Her daughter graduates this year, and her son graduated in 2019 and was accepted to UCF. She feels that teaching and discipling is her calling, extending beyond the classroom through volunteer work
with children-focused ministries. She served as an assistant
Children’s Ministry leader, volunteered for Operation Christmas
Child for twelve years, and currently works with Urban Youth
Impact on literacy for inner-city kids.

Ellen Sims
Science Teacher
(Middle/High School)
Ellen holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and is a graduate of Kaleo Leadership College at Christ Fellowship Church. With over 20 years of experience in education, she has taught students from elementary through high school and has also owned and managed several successful businesses. Ellen is passionate about walking beside students as they explore God’s purpose for their lives and develop their unique gifts and talents. She is especially excited to bring her experience teaching Financial Literacy to provide students with lifelong skills that will empower them to apply both biblical and practical principles that will help ensure their future success.
