Tuition Refund Policy
-
Students are enrolled in either a two-day or a three-day program. Parents may upgrade from a two-day to a three-day program, and the price difference will be invoiced. However, downgrading from a three-day to a two-day program is not permitted, and no refunds or adjustments will be made to the tuition invoice.
-
The full year's tuition is non-refundable and due, even if the student withdraws or does not complete the program.
-
Withdrawal from the program at any point obligates the family to pay the remaining annual tuition in full. No refunds or credits will be granted for any reason, such as a parent canceling registration, moving, health concerns, or student removal by the school directors.
-
As per Step Up Parent's hand book for PEP and Unique Abilities scholarship: "Parents or guardians may not receive a payment, refund, or rebate of scholarship funds from a provider."
Step-Up Recipient Payment Schedules are as follows:
Tuition is invoiced at the beginning of the school year and parents agree to pay as soon as funding is available each quarter. All outstanding tuition payments are required to be paid by April of the school year, after last disbursements.

Quarter 1 - August 1 (Renewal Students), September 1 (New Students)
Quarter 2 - November 1
