Tuition 2025-2026
Thank you for your interest in being a part of our GCH Family. Our current tuition rates are provided below. We charge the entire amount at the beginning of the year and then it can be paid all at once or quarterly. Please see our quarterly payment dates below.​

If a parent would like to move their student from a 2-day to a 3-day program, the parent is able to do so, and the price difference will be invoiced. Parents who have enrolled their student in the 3-day program may not change to the 2-day program.
Deposit -
A deposit of $350 per student, and $100 for each additional student, has to be paid by April 30, 2025 to hold their spot. For example, a family of 3 students will pay $550 deposit. The deposit is not refundable under any circumstances.

Registration Fee -
$125 per student or $275 for families with 3 or more students
​
Supply Fee -
$250 (Elementary) and $180 (Middle and High School)​​​​
Generations Christian Homeschool charges a supply fee to help cover the cost of classroom materials. These fees help cover the cost of classroom materials such as paper, pencils, and other consumable items.

Study Hall Fee (When applicable) -
This fee is one day a week for the year. Please visit the Study Hall page to register.

Step-Up Recipient Payment Schedules are as follows:
Tuition is invoiced at the beginning of the school year and parents agree to pay as soon as funding is available each quarter. All outstanding tuition payments are required to be paid by April of the school year, after last disbursements.

​Step-Up deposits funds into the student's EMA account as per the schedule below.​
Quarter 1 - August 1 (Renewal Students), September 1 (New Students)
Quarter 2 - November 1
Quarter 3 - February 1
Quarter 4 - April 1

Payments
Payments are to be made on a quarterly basis; due on the 15th of the respective month.
Payments can be made via PROCARE or as per arrangements with the office.

**** Please understand that if payments have not been made by the grace period date, students will not be able to continue participation in any school activities.
