Payments
There are a number of ways to pay for our program. Below you will find instructions on how to do that.
Payment Schedule
Payments are to be made on a quarterly basis; due on the 15th of the respective month. Payments can be made via PROCARE or as per arrangements with the office.
DUE DATES:
Quarter 1: August 15 (renewing Step-Up families and out-of-pocket families) or September 15 (new Step-Up families)
Quarter 2: November 15, 2025
Quarter 3: February 15, 2026
Quarter 4: April 15, 2026
GRACE PERIOD (in special circumstances):
Quarter 1: August 30 (renewing Step-Up families and out-of-pocket families) or September 30 (new Step-Up families)
Quarter 2: November 30, 2025
Quarter 3: February 28, 2026
Quarter 4: April 30, 2026
**** Please understand that if payments have not been made by the grace period date, students will not be able to continue participation in any school activities.
Paying in EMA with the Step Up Scholarship
Tuition is invoiced at the beginning of the school year and parents agree to pay as soon as funding is available each quarter. All outstanding tuition payments are required to be paid by April of the school year, after last disbursement.
Step-Up deposits funds into the student's EMA account as per the schedule below.
Quarter 1 - August 1 (Renewal Students), September 1 (New Students)
Quarter 2 - November 1
Quarter 3 - February 1
Quarter 4 - April 1
**** Step-Up funds are not refundable under any circumstances.
Step-by-Step Process
You can watch the following video for an overview of how to pay using the EMA system.
When paying Generations Christian Homeschool, follow these specific steps.
1) Visit https://apply.stepupforstudents.org/ , login to your account, and look at your Portal. If you do not have the Marketplace button, you may not be funded yet. Once you are funded, the button will appear and you can go on to the next step.
2) Select the Marketplace button.
3) Select the Find Providers button.
4) Select the name of your Student.
5) Locate the Search button and type "Generations" in the field.
6) Click Generations Christian Homeschool, the first option at the top.
7) Select Generations Christian Homeschool as the Location.
8) A variety of amounts will be displayed with quantities. Add up the amounts to the total that you wish to pay.
9) Once you have added the amounts, click Add to Cart and then Go to Cart and check out.
10) Review your order to make sure it is the correct amount, then select Reserve Funds.
Once you reserve funds, it will take some time for Step Up to send us the money. Once we receive it, the amount will show in your Procare account as Paid.
Alternative Payment Methods
If you are not using Step Up, you can pay via Cash, Check, or Zelle (QR Code below or gcacoop@gmail.com). Payment plans can be made available by discussing with the Administrative Team.
Paying for Electives
When you sign up for Electives in Sawyer, there are two primary ways to do it.
1) Pay at checkout with your debit or credit card.
If you are planning to pay directly, skip the following steps and input your credit/debit card information as normal.
2) Apply one of our Coupon Codes and then pay via check, cash, Zelle, or Step Up.
If you choose to use a coupon code, you will simply apply the code to the "Promo Code" box during check-out. This will zero-out your balance and allow you to submit the order. We will then add the amount to your Procare Balance and you can pay using your chosen method. If using Step-Up, please visit your account as shown above and pay for the elective along with the rest of your quarterly payment.
